Squalene is a substance that most resembles a cell of the human body, and without it, it is impossible to fully saturate organs and systems with oxygen. Thanks to squalene, amaranth is considered a powerful antioxidant, destroys cancer cells, prevents the formation of seals and tumors, and strengthens the immune system. As a result, the body becomes resistant to any infection and the harmful effects of the environment. Using amaranth, you can improve the function of the liver and gastrointestinal tract, the condition of the mucous membranes.

Amaranth not only strengthens the immune system and helps fight against diseases, but also comes to the aid of athletes. The fact is that the plant contains a large amount of magnesium, which is needed to prevent muscle spasms that occur during intense sports training. Thus, 60 grams of amaranth seeds contain 50% of the daily requirement for magnesium. If we take into account that medical preparations of magnesium have contraindications and side effects, the use of amaranth seeds, which are also well digested, will only be beneficial.

• 1 glass of walnuts;

• lemon juice.
