Автор - | 05.04.2019

Very often, people in general, and women, in particular, find a way that requires an enormous amount of effort and does not guarantee a good result. At the same time, the more simple and rational solution lies literally on the surface.

Sometimes we do the same when it comes to our outer beauty. Why hope for a complex, expensive treatment, when you can find natural, but no less effective means from this?

One of these is amaranth oil. It perfectly cares for any type of skin, improving its condition and removing existing flaws.

Oil – the perfect assistant for acne!

Beauticians have long noticed that amaranth oil has a beneficial effect on the skin prone to rashes. Of course, in very neglected cases it is still better to seek help from a dermatologist in order not to aggravate the situation. And even more useful to visit an endocrinologist who will advise on hormones.

Amaranth oil has antibacterial action – it effectively showed itself in the fight against almost any viruses, both external and internal. This quality allows you to effectively use it in the fight against skin rashes.

The use of miraculous amaranth oil on the skin can not only relieve inflammation, but also from traces of acne. And sometimes to remove the sad consequences of acne is even more difficult than the eels themselves. Moreover, this product is indispensable for getting rid of stretch marks and even postoperative scars.

This is due to the fact that the compounds that make up the oil are able to intensify the production of collagen and stimulate the development of new healthy cells, which successfully replace scar tissue. Amaranth oil perfectly moisturizes the skin, giving it a supple and youthful appearance.

The benefits of amaranth oil

The positive sides of the oil from this wonderful plant do not require any special explanation, because it:

  • absolutely natural, and this quality in cosmetics in recent years has become perhaps the most significant;
  • quite affordable. Yes, sometimes a bottle of amaranth oil is not quite budget, but does the promoted cosmetic brands ask for less for one remedy?
  • they really heal due to their amazing property of penetrating into the deep layers of the epidermis;
  • act fairly quickly – people using amaranth oil as an acne treatment point out that a lasting result is noticeable after a few weeks;
  • are a means of providing aromatherapy action, which has a beneficial effect not only on the appearance, but also on the state of the body as a whole.

It is important that the effect of using amaranth oil is more pronounced and visible, it is recommended to use a cold pressed product. This is due to the fact that heat treatment somewhat reduces the beneficial properties of this amazing agent.

Simple ways to use amaranth oil

To remove acne with amaranth oil, you can simply apply it to the point of inflammation. It is better to do this several times a day if possible for several days. Such simple manipulations help to dry the inflamed areas, remove irritation from the skin and quickly restore the surface of the epidermis. Moreover, due to the antibacterial properties of the oil, further spread of the problem can be avoided.

Another simple, but no less effective way to use amaranth oil is to mix it with other oils. For example, in combating rashes, tea tree oil has proven itself well. You can take a few drops of each of them, mix and apply a dot on the inflamed areas.

The whole surface of the skin should not be treated, as tea tree oil rather dries the epidermis, which can lead to skin irritation.

Kefir mask

A rather effective way to improve the condition of the skin is to lubricate the affected area with a mixture of kefir and a small amount of amaranth oil. 2 tablespoons will be enough just a couple of drops of oil. Then it is necessary to mix all this up to the state of a homogeneous mass – the remedy for problem skin is ready! It should be applied to the face every evening, hold for about half an hour, then rinse with warm water.

Egg-based masks

If acne struck oily or combination skin, you can make one simple mask.

Just mix all the ingredients until smooth. Now generously smear her skin and for 25-30 minutes, go about your business. After the specified time, rinse the mask with cool water and wipe the face with your favorite lotion.

For dry, too sensitive, and normal skin is better suited the same mask, but on the basis of egg yolk.

It is just stirred with the above oils and applied to the skin for a quarter of an hour. If the skin is too sensitive, it is better to replace lavender oil with a teaspoon of olive – so the mask will acquire not only antibacterial, but also moisturizing properties. Rinse off the product is better not with cold, but with warm water.

Anti-inflammatory mask

This homemade product perfectly narrows the pores, but more importantly – serves to prevent the onset of acne. This option is best suited for oily skin.

Ingredients:

  • amaranth oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • fresh orange juice – 2 tablespoons;
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp.

Cooking:

Pour amaranth oil and lemon juice into fresh juice, then mix everything thoroughly. Soak the cosmetic sponge with the resulting mixture (if it is not there, an ordinary cotton pad will do) and gently wipe the face with it, avoiding the area around the eyes. Now you need to wait 15 minutes and wash off the remnants of the mask from the face.

Mask to improve the appearance of oily skin

Very often, oily skin itself does not look very healthy and attractive, so its owners are ready to look for any ways to bring a face in order. One of the tools that help to do this is this mask.

Ingredients:

  • starch – 6 grams;
  • tomato juice – 1 tsp;
  • amaranth oil – 1 tsp.

Application:

Mix all the ingredients and apply on the skin of the face, of course, avoiding the area around the eyes, for about 10-15 minutes. After this time, you can wash off the mask and apply a favorite (not clogging pores) cream.

Important: it is better to store amaranth oil in a tightly closed vial in a dry and dark place. The temperature should be no higher than 25 oC. After the first opening of the bottle it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator for no more than 30 days.

Now you know about the wonderful healing properties of amaranth. Just one bottle of this oil will help to replace almost all your cosmetics, giving you the charm of youth and beauty.
