Amaranth is a unique plant. Its grains were eaten by the ancient Indians – the Incas and the Aztecs, who created incredible civilizations (and not only for their time, many riddles of these empires have not been solved until now). Thus, the Indians used products derived from amaranth, even for feeding children, and in Chinese medicine, many recipes based on this culture were developed, which help to get rid of many diseases.
Amaranth’s inimitable properties were appreciated by the Amaranth United Nations Organization, which officially recognized the plant as the most promising culture of the 21st century!
