COSMETICS FROM AMARANTH: MASKS AND CREAMS

But this does not mean that amaranth oil is contraindicated for girls who are owners of oily skin. Quite the contrary! It cleanses, removes inflammation and reduces sebum, making the skin more tender and matte in appearance.

Mask number 1

This option is ideal for those who suffer from skin laxity. Have you noticed that the face has become somewhat roughened and has become covered until not particularly noticeable, but extremely unpleasant wrinkles? Then this mask will help you.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon – a quarter;
  • Yolk – 1 piece;
  • Oatmeal – 50 grams;
  • Amaranth oil – 1 tsp.

Cooking:

Start with chopping lemon to a state of gruel. And rub the fruit along with the zest – it contains a huge amount of vitamins and nutrients. Add lemon, yolk and oatmeal to lemon. Stir everything until the formation of the most homogeneous mass.

It is necessary to apply such mask on the face for only 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. The course of treatment is 2 weeks, after which you should notice a significant improvement in skin turgor and overall appearance.

Mask number 2

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Honey – 1 tsp;
  • Amaranth oil – 1 tsp.

Cooking:

Do not peel the onions, warm it briefly, either in the oven or in a dry frying pan. Now clean and rub on the finest grater you can find. Add the rest of the ingredients to the onion and mix until smooth.

Mask number 3

You can be called the happy owner of normal skin? But you want to make her even more beautiful? Then use such a simple but effective mask.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese (choose with minimum fat content) – 1 tsp;
  • Parsley juice – 0.5 tsp;
  • Amaranth oil – 0.5 tsp.

Cooking:

As mentioned earlier: this mask is extremely easy to prepare. Simply mix the named components to a more or less homogeneous state. Try to get a texture that will not drain from your face.

Apply the mask for 20 minutes and then wash off with warm water and soap. Finish the cosmetic procedure with the best lotion that suits your skin type.

Mask number 4

It is believed that the owners of oily skin was lucky a little less than everyone else. All due to the fact that it is more difficult to maintain in optimal condition. But this does not mean that oily skin can not be well-groomed and attractive. It is in order to achieve the very well-groomed, you can use the following recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Starch – 1 tsp;
  • Tomato juice – 20-30 grams;
  • Amaranth oil – 1 tsp.

Cooking:

Add the starch in tomato juice and dilute it to such a thickness that the mask does not flow from the face. Now pour in the mass of oil, mix.

It is necessary to apply the finished mask for just 15 minutes, after which it is necessary to rinse the product with warm water with your favorite cleanser.

Do not like the “amateur” and much more trust trusted brands? Nothing prevents you from enriching any purchase mask with a small amount of amaranth oil. Believe me, this will make your favorite product even better. There is a proportion that should be followed if you decide to add oil to the finished mask: 1 tsp per 10 ml of product.

Another simple, but extremely effective way to maintain your own appearance in decent condition is the use of amaranth cream. To do this, again, add a little oil to the finished or self-made product. Do not know how? Now we analyze several recipes for homemade creams for different skin types.

Just keep in mind that finding components for these products will not be as easy as in the situation with masks. Of course, no exotic ingredients are required, but you still have to visit the pharmacy.

Cream №1

Suffer from constant dryness, and every time you go out, you feel how unpleasant your face and hands are. Then this cream will suit you best.

Ingredients:

  • Lanolin – 1 tsp;
  • Beeswax – 1 tsp;
  • Amaranth oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • Rose water (not containing alcohol) – 3 tablespoons;
  • Rose essential oil – 2 drops.

Cooking:

Melt the wax and lanolin in the water bath. Now add to them rose water and oil. Mix thoroughly with a mixer, getting a homogeneous mass. Pour in the essential oil of the rose and continue to beat the cream until cool.

Store the resulting product in a cool and dark place.

Cream №2

This option of the cream is ideal for normal, oily and mixed skin. It is slightly less moisturizing, but the mass of utility.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – 1 piece;
  • Beeswax – 1 tsp;
  • Amaranth oil – 3 tablespoons.

Cooking:

Peel the cucumber and rub it on a very fine grater. Now mix the oil and wax and put it all in a water bath. When the wax is completely melted, add 2 tablespoons of hot water and 1 tablespoon of grated cucumber. Keep the mass in the water bath for another half hour, stirring constantly. Then strain everything and mix again with a mixer.

Keep this cream, like the previous one, should be in a dark cool place.

Cream number 3

As it was said earlier, at night the regenerative properties of the skin are greatly improved, so you should not miss the opportunity to improve your own appearance with the help of a nourishing night cream. You can cook it for a simple recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Peach seed oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • Amaranth oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • Beeswax – 1 tsp;
  • Borax powder – at the tip of a knife.

Cooking:

Mix all of the listed ingredients (except borax) and place in a water bath to melt the wax. Add one tablespoon of hot water to the borax, mix and pour into the container with the other ingredients. It now remains to mix everything up with a mixer until the cream cools down almost completely.
