Among the signs of such problems are cough, runny nose, prolonged sensation of discomfort in the throat, pain or “nagging” in the joints. Eliminate these problems, and even better – they can be prevented by taking timely action. To do this, it is not necessary to stock up with a large set of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic drugs. You can ask for help from amaranth and products or products from it. In this case, it is possible not only to eliminate the disease, but also to reduce the side effects of antibiotics already taken inside and to strengthen the immune system. You can verify this by learning about the miraculous properties of the plant, because it is not in vain that its properties have been used for many years by traditional medicine in a wide variety of recipes.

Composition as the basis of amaranth uniqueness

Amaranth has long been recognized as a plant that is able to cope with many diseases. This is reflected even in the name itself: amaranth means denying death. It is therefore not surprising that in ancient medicine this plant was used against aging and in the fight against the most serious diseases.

The healing properties of amaranth are known from ancient times. In ancient Slavic medicine, amaranth was used as a remedy for aging. He was also known by the ancients of Central America – the Incas and the Aztecs. The ancient Hellenes, this plant was a symbol of immortality. Indeed, amaranth inflorescences never fade. The nutritional and healing properties of the plant are assessed in our time: the food commission at the United Nations recognized it as a culture of the 21st century.

Amaranth received a high rating due to its high content of almost perfect protein (97%), which is easily absorbed by the body. It is established that the seeds of various types of amaranth contain protein from 11.6% to 18.6%. Amaranth protein is superior to soy protein (68%), wheat protein (57%) and milk protein (72%). The composition of amaranth protein is characterized by a large number of amino acids (28–35%). It contains, for example:
• lysine (4.3–6.5%);
• threonine (3.1– 3.8%);
• tyrosine with phenylalanine (4.6–8.1%).
The value of these and other amino acids contained in amaranth cannot be overestimated. Thus, the essential amino acid lysine is necessary for growth, tissue repair, production of antibodies, hormones, enzymes, albumin. In addition, lysine has an antiviral effect, and is especially effective against viruses that cause herpes and acute respiratory infections. And to achieve a health effect can be, using amaranth in food.

Threonine is involved in the construction of all organs and tissues of the body, is a powerful source of collagen and provides us with healthy joints, teeth, skin, muscles and the functioning of the connective tissue. This amino acid neutralizes the action of toxic substances and removes them from the body. In addition, threonine is involved in the synthesis of immunoglobulins and antibodies that protect the body from infections.

Tyrosine belongs to replaceable amino acids and is formed from phenylalanine, but the reverse transformation is impossible. This aspect and some others allow to refer it to conditionally irreplaceable amino acids. This amino acid helps to reduce fatigue, including after exercise or mental exertion, helps shorten the period of recuperation after an overload or illness.

The composition of amaranth is an important organic compound, without which the action of the plant and products from it would probably not be so strong. We are talking about squalene – a supplier of oxygen. Squalene has long been recognized as a powerful immunostimulant, which has anti-bactericidal and anti-tumor effects. It eliminates inflammation, helps restore microflora, protects the body from toxins.

Amaranth oil and its versatility

The most powerful in its healing qualities is the oil obtained from the processing of amaranth seeds. This is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and other natural compounds that are beneficial to the body. Unsaturated fatty acids — oleic, linoleic, and linolenic — prevail in it. According to its medicinal properties, amaranth oil is much more effective than sea buckthorn. It has such properties as:
• antibacterial;
• antiviral;
• antimicrobial;
• anti-inflammatory;
• antifungal;
• immunostimulating.
Due to these properties of amaranth seed oil, it is recommended to take it in the complex treatment of viral and a number of infectious diseases.

In such diseases, oil is used for rinsing, instillation and impregnation of tampons.

The use of amaranth oil helps to quickly get rid of the flu, acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory infections, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, and even tuberculosis – with all the accompanying symptoms. The use of this oil in the treatment of inflamed lymph nodes gives good results. Excellent results are achieved in complex treatment, and if medically necessary to take antibiotics, unwanted side reactions from their actions are prevented, and the desired result is achieved faster.

The use of oil in common diseases

For acute rhinitis or rhinitis, it is recommended to use amaranth oil, 2 drops in each nostril. It should be noted that amaranth oil is quickly absorbed, and after 15-20 minutes, a plentiful secretion of secretory mucus from the nose begins. This process lasts up to three hours – depending on the stage of the disease. The course of application is 10-15 days, until the complete destruction of the infection. With sinusitis and sinusitis, the course of treatment is longer – at least 4 months, and this is necessary to prevent relapse. However, in any case, it is recommended to additionally take the oil inside, but this may be the use of the product in salads, for example.

When the lymph nodes are inflamed, it is recommended to apply amaranth oil on the skin over the inflamed area, or make oil-wetted dressings and compresses on the skin. Since the disease is associated with an inflammatory process occurring inside the body, it is advisable to take amaranth oil inside.

Ear pain can be removed with a swab moistened with amaranth oil. Initially, it is recommended to warm the oil a little, and then drip it into the sore ear and close the ear canal with a prepared swab. The course of such treatment is 5-7 days. The use of oil should continue even after the disappearance of pain.

A simple and effective method of treatment is proposed for oral diseases: it is enough to hold the remedy in the mouth a little. However, there is a feature. The fact is that the oil after rinsing the mouth must be swallowed, and do not spit out.

As you know, in many recipes it is recommended to take amaranth oil inside. However, sometimes there are concerns about the individual reaction of the body. To maximize protect yourself, you can apply the oil gradually. Practicing oil intake with a small amount of any plant food. It can be a vegetable stew, stewed beets, vinaigrette. When the body “gets used”, the oil is taken separately (1 teaspoon 2 times a day) while the portion is better to increase gradually: take a full spoonful of oil only a second time. If there is a relaxation of the stool or abdominal discomfort appears, it is recommended to lower the dose a little, but it is not necessary to stop taking the medication. As practice shows, in 3-5 days the discomfort will disappear.

Regarding oil, it is important to remember one of its important features: this remedy is combined with any medical treatment. During the course of oil intake, it is advisable to reduce the consumption of sunflower oil, as well as animal fats and mayonnaise.
