3 day:


  • Puree of fruit or vegetables with the addition of yogurt or kefir;
  • A cup of black ground coffee can be replaced with green tea.


  • Pumpkin soup mashed crispy or turkey;
  • Salad from 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 50 gr. fresh amaranth leaves in a blender, add silent olive or amaranth oil and lemon juice.


  • Mashed potatoes;
  • A glass of milk;
  • Baked fruit puree.

4 day:

Repeat the diet for 2 days.

5 day:

Repeat the diet for 1 day.

After the five-day diet is over, you need to get out of it correctly. This is done to ensure that the lost kilograms are not returned. For another 3 days, replace lunch with any cream soups, and liquid vegetable smoothies.

Fasting day
