PREVENTION AND TREATMENT FOR CVD OR AMARANTH PATH TO THE HEART

Amaranth-based products rightfully occupy a leading position in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and help in the treatment of complex heart diseases. This is explained by the unique composition of the plant, the healing properties of each part of it from root to grain. Due to what substances does amaranth miraculously affect the functioning of the heart, improve the condition of the blood vessels? Analyzing the composition

This plant is rich in essential proteins, fats and carbohydrates for the vital functions of the body, but much of it is taken up by dietary fiber. They help to normalize cholesterol in the blood and reduce the risk of accumulation of this substance on the walls of blood vessels. The latter is achieved with the help of phytosterols – substances that resemble cholesterol in their structure, but have anti-atherosclerotic activity, the ability to prevent the formation of malignant tumors, eliminate harmful substances and strengthen the immune system. According to research results, daily consumption of 2-3 grams of phytosterols for 3-4 weeks reduces the level of “bad” cholesterol by almost 10%, and as a result, the risk of coronary heart disease, for example, decreases by 20-25%. Moreover, these substances are contained only in plant foods.

Squalene, a substance with the ability to attract oxygen and saturate all parts of our body with it, works to reduce the level of “bad” cholesterol. This happens immediately, as soon as the agent is in the body: squalene reacts with water, releases oxygen from it, which enters all tissues and systems. Since the human body is 90% water, huge oxygen resources are created. A feature of squalene is that it freely penetrates cell membranes and works already inside the cells, freeing them from harmful substances and strengthening the defenses. A unique source of squalene was previously considered the liver of a shark, where it contains 1%, but it turned out that this product is 8 times inferior to amaranth oil.

Potassium, which is simply indispensable for the functioning of the heart, is present in all amaranth drugs: by promoting vasodilation, it lowers blood pressure and stress on the cardiovascular system. This prevents the development of atherosclerosis. Amaranth contains vitamin K needed for blood clotting. In addition, the plant contains a large amount of vitamins B1, B2, OT, P, omega-3 fats, omega-6 and omega-9 fats, many amino acids. By the way, unsaturated fatty acids thin the blood, and it begins to move more easily through the vessels.

This composition and unique properties of amaranth make it one of the assistants in the treatment of the heart and blood vessels. Products based on this plant are often recommended for disorders such as:

  • atherosclerosis;
  • stroke;
  • coronary heart disease;
  • tachycardia;
  • arrhythmia;
  • angina pectoris;
  • varicose veins;
  • inflammation of the vascular walls or vasculitis;
  • hypertension.

Moreover, the use of amaranth oil contributes to the effectiveness of therapeutic treatment and reduces the negative impact of drugs, especially antibiotics. Contraindications to its use are not identified.

However, this does not mean that amaranth should be for breakfast, lunch and dinner in an exorbitant quantity, because exceeding the norms of consumption of any product can lead to poor health. If the oil is consumed more than 3 tablespoons per day, serious violations of the cardiovascular system occur. Therefore, it is important to make a diet so that the diet is balanced.

Oil for prevention and not only

Prevention of diseases of the heart and blood vessels will not be effective without using, above all, oil – a powerful source of phytosterols, vitamins, trace elements and other substances necessary for the heart. After all, it can be used to reduce the number of cholesterol plaques, restore the elasticity of blood vessels, improve blood circulation. This oil helps to normalize the rhythm, strength and speed of contractions of the heart. However, if a person suffers from any chronic diseases, you should consult a doctor before using amaranth oil.

With available cardiovascular diseases to ensure the normal functioning of the heart, it is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of oil for half an hour or 1 hour before meals. If the challenge is to, first of all, reduce cholesterol, it is recommended to take amaranth oil in the morning and evening for 2 teaspoons with meals. For preventive purposes, it is better to take 1 teaspoon 30 minutes before meals. 200 ml of amaranth oil is enough for one prophylactic course. To benefit from the product, it should be stored in a closed bottle in a dark and dry place, and after the bottle has been opened, it should only be kept in the refrigerator. Nutrition to support the heart and blood vessels

The use of amaranth oil is not only a treatment, but also a useful replenishment of the diet. Since the product has a pleasant aroma and delicate nutty taste, it is best used for filling various salads, cold sauces and various dishes, but in the latter case it is best done before serving the dishes on the table. To make the oil better absorbed, it is recommended to combine it with vegetable salads, cereals and legumes.

Let’s stop on vegetable salads. The options proposed below provide for refueling, where amaranth oil is combined with any other vegetable oil, and the proportion is maintained in accordance with the permissible dose of amaranth. First, consider the salad recipe, which will suit and please the children, despite the fact that among the ingredients are onions, but it is special – white salad. To prepare also need:

  • salad pepper;
  • cucumber;
  • parsley;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • amaranth + habitual vegetable oil.

Vegetables should be washed and dried a little. Chop on a grated cabbage to make thin long slices. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater. We mix all the ingredients, salt and mix again, and then add a mixture of two oils, but we can limit ourselves to only amaranth (1 tablespoon or 1 dessert spoon).

Can not help but like a salad called “Peking”. We take the following ingredients:

  • cabbage;
  • fresh cucumbers;
  • tomatoes;
  • onion;
  • olives;
  • parsley;
  • salt;
  • lemon juice;
  • butter.

Vegetables and greens are crushed in any way, salted, poured with lemon juice and dressed with oil. You can take amaranth in combination with sunflower, for example.

Cooking healthy vegetable salad, known as Monomah, takes no more than 10 minutes. For him we need:

  • White cabbage;
  • fresh cucumbers;
  • Bulgarian pepper red and yellow;
  • parsley;
  • cranberry;
  • salt;
  • sugar (0.5 tsp);
  • butter.

In a traditional recipe, vinegar is taken, but it will be more beneficial if this ingredient is replaced with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Such salads and other dishes, filled with amaranth oil, replenish the body with vitamins and many useful substances, improve the functioning of the heart, blood vessels, and help get rid of harmful substances. It is only important not to overdo the dosage.
