What are the components of amaranth oil?

Amaranth oil is of plant origin, its biochemical composition is a balanced combination of vitamins and trace elements. The main components are: squalene, vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The composition also includes: zinc, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, copper. There are traces of iron and aluminum.

What is the effect of oil?

Amaranth oil due to the combination of active ingredients (in particular squalene and vitamin E) stimulates metabolic processes in the scalp, which normalizes the sebaceous glands and allows you to restore damaged areas, so that the hair becomes strong, a healthy glow. Possessing antifungal and antiseptic properties, squalene acts on dry dandruff completely removing it.

What is the uniqueness of amaranth oil?

Amaranth oil has several advantages. Light and unobtrusive nutty aroma with notes of healing herbs is associated with an expensive hair mask. Its fluidity, without weighing down hair, allows to be absorbed better.

Methods of use.

There are many masks for hair using amaranth oil. However, to achieve the desired effect, oil is included in the diet for the entire period of external use.

Amaranth oil can be used both in pure form and in combination with essential oils or other active ingredients.

The easiest way to use is an ordinary amaranth mask. Amaranth oil is applied on hair for 10-15 minutes, then washed with its usual shampoo.

Apply amaranth oil to achieve the effect should be continuous for 2 weeks. If there is absolutely no time for applying the mask, do not stop the application, add a couple of drops of oil to your regular shampoo and wash your hair in the usual way.

Before applying any mask containing amaranth oil should be tested to determine the absence of an allergic reaction. Recipes for hair masks.

Lemon – amaranth mask. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of amaranth oil. Apply the mixture to the hair, leave for 20-25 minutes. Wash off with regular shampoo. The mask reduces hair loss, by stimulating follicles, hair grows faster.

Honey mask. Mix 1 egg yolk, 1.5 tablespoons of amaranth oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply to hair, wrap with film, leave for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of warm water with your shampoo.

Egg mask. Mix 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of amaranth oil, leave for 2 minutes. Wash off with shampoo.

Banana mask Mix banana gruel with 2 tablespoons of amaranth oil. To achieve a homogenized mass, use a blender. Apply, wrap with film, leave for 30 minutes.

Beer mask Mix 2 tablespoons of beer, 1 tablespoon of amaranth oil and the yolk of 1 egg. Apply to hair leave for 25-30 minutes. Wash off with shampoo. Beer gives a persistent smell, for its elimination 1 teaspoon of lemon juice should be added to the shampoo.

Amaranth oil should not be combined with tincture of red hot pepper. Since squalene tends to enhance the effects of pepper, which can cause scalp damage.

Features storage masks.

Masks based on amaranth oil should be stored only in glass containers. The active component of squalene can react with certain types of plastics destroyed. In this case, the mixture based on amaranth oil loses its effectiveness.
